為(wèi)提高(gāo)幼兒(ér)園英語教育教學質量,努力創設浸入式英語母語∏±←↔教育環境,本周二世紀瑞晨教育督導中心總督♦↓ε¶學趙金(jīn)歐老(lǎo)師(shī)和(hé)綜合管理(lǐ)₽↔ "中心人(rén)力資源主管馬月(yuè)紅(hón'¥g)老(lǎo)師(shī)一(yī)同前往北(běi)京宋慶齡✘↑↔國(guó)際幼兒(ér)園,與英語教學負責人(rén)張宏偉老(lǎo)師(shī)進行 '$§(xíng)了(le)一(yī)系列關于英語教育的(de)相π₹(xiàng)關工(gōng)作(zuò)的(de)探討(tǎo)。從(c₹÷óng)優化(huà)外(wài)籍教師(shī)的(₽de)招聘流程、外(wài)教師(shī)資培訓、到(dào)外(wài₩∏¶)教師(shī)資管理(lǐ)、再到(dào)英語課程設置、內(nèi)容調整、教學形式和(hé)→↓教學方法,雙方交換建議(yì),形成了(le)更加清晰的(d'∞♥e)思路(lù)、明(míng)确了(le)工(gōng)作(zuò)方向、工(gōng)作(zuσγò)細則。
